Benefits of Litigation Support

Law Firms and Legal Professionals are quite aware that there is a very fine line between winning and losing a case. How an investigation is conducted, how witnesses are interviewed, how evidence is collected, and how other vital services are performed are all critical factors in the outcome of a case.

Throughout the years, we have realized that many Law Firms used far too many companies for litigation related services. This resulted in the Law Firm wasting time focusing on scheduling, faxing, e-mailing, dealing with accounts payable and overall frustration in working with too many companies.

Having observed that, we decided to offer a wide array of litigation services under one roof. Between our staff and affiliate partners, we offer a tremendous combination of expertise and overall number of services.

Simply put, it all comes down to time and expertise. By working side by side with many prominent Law Firms on a daily basis, we truly understand the time constraints associated with every case.

The alliance of our company and your Law Firm will enable your Attorney’s, Paralegal’s, and Legal Assistant’s to focus on their expertise while working their case load.

We are also proud of the fact that we have positively affected the outcome of many of our Clients cases, resulting in our Client’s appreciating the benefits v. the overall minimal costs for our services.

Why have a monitored security system? The answer is simple. Statistics prove that homes and businesses are 3 times more likely to get broken into if they do not possess a monitored security system. Besides the financial losses incurred in a burglary, there are also many psychological issues associated with becoming the victim of a burglary.

According to the latest Federal Bureau of Investigation statistics there were an estimated 2.1 million burglary offenses committed in the United States.

Confirmed burglaries broken down by geographic region:

The Northeast: 11% of all burglaries committed
The Midwest: 19.8% of all burglaries committed
The South: 45.2% of all burglaries committed
The West: 23.9% of all burglaries committed

61.4 percent of all burglaries involved forcible entry. Unlawful entry accounted for 32.4 percent of offenses, and attempted forcible entry accounted for 6.2 percent of offenses.
The highest percentage of burglaries occurred in the summer months of July and August.

Approximately 62.2 percent of residential burglaries occurred during the day between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. and approximately 58 percent of non residential burglaries occurred in the evening between 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The average dollar loss per burglary offense was $1, 642. Losses from residential burglaries averaged $1,607 per offense and $ 1,708 per non residential offense.
